Substance Use Treatment

Outpatient, Residential, and Prevention Treatment

Providing responsive person-centered services to improve the quality of life of individuals and families.

At Community Choices, Inc., we understand addiction recovery is a process, and there is no single pathway to recovery. Through our gender specific treatment programs, we provide supportive services focused on interrupting the cycle of addiction, decreasing substance misuse-related morbidity and mortality, and increasing positive birth outcomes.

We believe the best outcomes are achieved when we provide services that promote the physical and mental well-being of mothers and their children as a family unit. Follow the links below to learn more about how we foster a continuum of care.
