Application Requirements
Pre-Employment Requirements
All candidates must meet the following requirements and successfully complete required screenings prior to hire:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pre-employment drug screening and TB testing
- Clean driving record within the past three (3) years
- Completion of criminal, employment, education, motor vehicle (MVR), and background checks
- Three (3) professional references
- If applicable, a copy of your degree must be provided
State-Specific Requirements
Virginia:
- Child Protective Services Central Registry Check
North Carolina:
- Nurse Aide and/or Medication Registry Search
- North Carolina Residency Verification
Training & Certifications (Virginia Programs)
The following certifications and trainings are provided during the two-week onboarding training period for our Virginia programs:
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- TOVA Training
- Relias Learning Modules

Yes, we accept Medicaid, private insurance, Medicare, and offer payment assistance for those who qualify. We will never deny services based on inability to pay.

We serve adults 18 years and older. Our programs are specifically designed for adult populations with different needs across our Virginia and North Carolina locations.
