During DSP Appreciation Week, I want to take a moment to recognize and thank each of you for the important work you do every day.

Direct Support Professionals are at the heart of our mission. You provide far more than daily support—you help the people we serve live with greater independence, dignity, choice, and connection to their communities. You are there for the everyday moments as well as the difficult ones, and your patience, compassion, flexibility, and commitment make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

The work of a DSP is not always easy, and much of what you do happens quietly, without the recognition it deserves. Please know that your contributions matter. Our organization could not fulfill its mission without you.

Yes, we accept Medicaid, private insurance, Medicare, and offer payment assistance for those who qualify. We will never deny services based on inability to pay.

Is my information confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is protected by federal confidentiality regulations and HIPAA. We take your privacy seriously and only share information with your explicit consent or as required by law.

What ages do you serve?

We serve adults 18 years and older. Our programs are specifically designed for adult populations with different needs across our Virginia and North Carolina locations.

How do I get started?

Simply call us to discuss your needs or those of your loved one. We'll answer your questions, explain our services, and help determine if our programs are the right fit.
