Opportunities Unlimited Day Program (OUDP)
The Opportunties Unlimited Day Program provides community based experiences and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. OUDP offers opportunities and supports for individuals to actively participate in the community through the encouragement of daily choices. Our program uniquely provides multiple levels of structure tailored to the individuals' needs. The services offered through our program allow individuals to participate in:
- Activities of Daily Living
- Community Integration
- Computer Skills
- Health and Nutritional Awareness
- Self expression through music and art
- Skill Building (Money Management)
Our staff are qualified to assist consumers in meeting their personal care needs and program goals. In order to meet the health and safety needs of our individuals, we offer on-site medical monitoring through our Health Services Coordinator.
CAI offers our consumers additional oversight of care under the direction of our Health Services Coordinator. The Health Services Coordinator provides on-going monitoring of consumer health care needs and a coordination of medical services. Our staff receive oversight, supervision and continued trainings to ensure the best quality of services are provided.
For Wavier-funded Services, a consumer must have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability and/or a mental health condition. A psychological test is required. A consumer must be at least 18 years or older.
